About Centreprofessor Septic and How Referrals Work

Who We Are
Centreprofessor Septic is a referral service for homeowners who have a septic or sewer worry. That is all we are. We help you reach an independent local provider without hours of searching.
We do not pump tanks, fix pipes or repair drainfields. The provider you meet does that work.
Why We Exist
A gurgling drain or a soggy patch of yard can be stressful. Most people do not know who to trust or what a fair price looks like. Then they pick the first name they find.
We built this site to slow that moment down. Small problem first. You share what is going on, and we point you to a provider in our network who works in the San Jose area.
How Providers Are Matched
You send an estimate request or phone for help. We look at the service you need, your location and the details you share. Then we connect you with a provider in our network.
Availability varies by provider. Some can respond quickly, and others may need more time. The provider will tell you what is possible.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and work. We ask them to:
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a written quote before the job starts
- Be clear about what is and is not included
- Treat your home and yard with care
What We Do Not Do
We want to be honest about our limits.
- We do not do septic or sewer work.
- We do not set the price of any job.
- We do not promise how fast a provider can arrive.
- We do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner contacts them through this site. Asking for an estimate here is no obligation to you. You choose whether to hire the provider, and you pay the provider directly for any work.
Why Costs Come First
Price is often the biggest worry. Typical U.S. costs vary by job. Septic tank pumping often runs a few hundred dollars. Sewer line repair and drainfield repair can run from several hundred to many thousands, depending on depth, access and damage.
That range is wide, so a written quote matters. It shows what you are paying for. Clear costs, calm steps.
